Shipping Policy
1. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to France. Worldwide shipping is not available at this time.

Once processed, your order will arrive within 4 to 14 business days.
4. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping with tracking included for all orders in France.

Refund & Return Policy
7. Can I return my order?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
8. How do I initiate a return?
- Contact our support team at support@slomon.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely, including all original accessories.
- Clearly write the RA number on the package.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.
9. Who covers return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 4 business days to the original payment method.
